Booking Details
· A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
· The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
· All prices are in US/BZ dollars and include a 9% room tax.
· Credit card payments may have banking or foreign transaction fees added by your bank.
Cancellations
Email notification is required for all cancellations or changes.
Refunds:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior arrival, you’ll receive a refund minus a US $60 administrative fee per cabana, plus any banking fees.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be given.
COVID-Related Cancellations:
If you must cancel within 72 hours or less due to verified COVID circumstances, you may receive credit for a future stay (within one year) or a refund minus a US $60 administrative fee per cabana, plus any banking.
No-Shows & Early Departures
No refunds for unused nights or early departures.
If you arrive the next day before 11:00 AM, your booking remains valid (the first night will still be charged).
Arrivals after 11:00 AM the following day are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
· Charges made to a credit card may be subject to foreign transaction bank charges by your credit card company.
· Please note that there are no refunds for unused cabanas. If you arrive the day following the scheduled arrival date but before check-out time (11:00 AM), the fee for the unused cabanas will apply, and the booking for the remaining time will remain valid. However, if you arrive the day following the scheduled booked arrival after check-out time (11:00 AM), you shall lose the booking.
Santa Cruz Cabins accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
To complete the booking, (A reference number will be supplied with payment instructions to enter on our secure website), which is easy, and convenient. The remaining balance payment will be based; on the booking policy above.

Ride through the jungles of Cayo to reach hidden waterfalls. On this guided tour, you’ll ride through the villages of Cristo Rey and San Antonio as you explore the rugged terrain in Elijio Panti National Park. The highlight of the tour is reaching a beautiful waterfall where you can jump in to splash around amongst the rocks.
Caracol (snail) is the largest Mayan site found in Belize rising more than 140 feet with the largest metropolitan area in the country of Belize in 650AD. It is noted not only for its size but also for its significands in war. From its summit, visitors have a panoramic view of the Chiquibul Forest and the verdant Maya Mountains. Caracol lies on a high plateau of 500m above sea level that drops into a deep valley to the northwest and rises into hilly terrain to the southwest.
View the inspiring 1000ft fall, play in the Rio on pools, visit the Rio Frio Cave or enjoy Big Rock Falls where you can plunge into an 80ft high waterfall.

One of the oldest archaeological reserves in Belize, located on the Western Highway, across the river from the village of San Jose Succutz, Xunanutunich is accessible via a manual hand crank ferry across the Mopan River. Where you will be able to climb El Castillo, the second-highest Mayan structure in Belize, and see the amazing view.
Take a leisurely ride to Xunantunich (described above). No horseback riding experience is necessary.
Take an early morning drive to an Archeological Reserve where the lush vegetation attracts many species of birds in Belize. Be sure to keep your binoculars handy and your s eyes open as you are bound to encounter a variety of beautiful birds on the way.
